1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Anurag Studio, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
Anurag Studio offers branding and marketing services, including but not limited to logo design, website development, social media marketing, content creation and Ads. The scope and specifics of each service will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before commencement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information to enable us to deliver quality services. Timely feedback, approvals, and required resources must also be provided for project progression. Any delays caused by client inaction may impact project timelines and outcomes.
4. Payment Terms
Payment details will be agreed upon before the project begins. A deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion or as specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in project suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables and content produced by Anurag Studio during the course of the project shall remain the intellectual property of Anurag Studio until all outstanding dues have been cleared. Anurag Studio holds the right to use, modify, display, and distribute the content and deliverables in any manner deemed appropriate, if the client is unable to pay the full amount owed.
6. Revisions
A predetermined number of revisions will be included in the project scope part of the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Project Timelines
We strive to meet project deadlines, but unexpected factors may lead to slight delays. We will communicate any such delays and work to minimize their impact.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of termination, payment for work completed up to that point will be required. Termination of services from the client’s side will also be accepted only through written notice sent to the official email address of Anurag Studio, utkarsh@anuragstudio.com.
9. Communication and Legal Validity
Any communication related to the project, including agreements, changes, and discussions, must be conducted through the client’s provided email address or the official email address of Anurag Studio, which is utkarsh@anuragstudio.com. Conversations on platforms other than email will not be legally binding and cannot be used in a court of law.
10. Agreement Confirmation
If an agreement detailing payment terms, deliverables, refund policy, and other relevant terms is not explicitly shared with the client, it is the client’s responsibility to request this agreement via email at utkarsh@anuragstudio.com within a period of 15 days from the date mentioned in the invoice.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
