1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients may be eligible for a refund if services have not yet been initiated or if there is a failure to meet agreed-upon deliverables.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be provided once work has commenced or if the client decides to cancel the project after approval of design concepts.
3. Process for Refunds
Clients must make refund requests in writing, detailing the reasons for the request. Anurag Studio will review the request and determine if a refund is warranted.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from refund-related matters, the parties agree that such disputes shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.
